State Marshal's

In Connecticut, State Marshals and Constables are the only officials authorized by law to serve Civil Process. The Marshals below have been Deputy Sheriffs and State Marshals between 15 - 20 years.

We are involved in serving summons & complaints for all State and Federal courts in any actions including but not limited to:

Divorce
Summary Process (eviction)
Forclosure

Replevin

We are also the only officials authorized by law to do all of the following services:

Property Executions

Connecticut General Statute Title 52 contains most of the civil process rules. Statutes involving Corporations can be found in Title 33 and Limited Liability and Partnerships are in Title 34.
